About Us

Advocacy is a specialized part of the practice of law and involves the important communication of your claim or defence to a judge or jury. This communication must be effective.

Whether you find yourself in a civil trial, an administrative hearing, or an appeal before the Divisional Court, or Ontario Court of Appeal, you need a lawyer who can argue effectively for you.

Our Experience

Craig Allen has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in million dollar cases in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice as well as small claims actions where the monetary value of the claim is far less than the principle at issue.

He has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Divisional Court and has made numerous out of province attendances in Alberta dealing with, among other matters, the bankruptcy of Bre-X.

University of Windsor

For almost 20 years Craig Allen has been employed as a sessional instructor at the University of Windsor. He previously instructed students in Civil Trial Advocacy at the Law School. He has also taught Employment Law and Labour Relations.

Today he is a sessional instructor teaching Law and Business Administration at the Odette School of Business.
